Ingredients:
• 2 stick(s) unsalted butter, softened
• 1 cup(s) sugar
• 2 eggs, lightly beaten
• 2 cup(s) all-purpose flour
• 2 cup(s) old-fashioned oats
• 1 teaspoon(s) baking powder
• 1 teaspoon(s) baking soda
• 1/4 teaspoon(s) salt
• 1 teaspoon(s) cinnamon
• 1 cup(s) raisins
• 1/2 cup(s) coarsely chopped walnuts
• 1 1/4 cup(s) chocolate chips
• 1/4 cup(s) milk
Directions:
1. Preheat oven to 350°F. Line a baking sheet with parchment paper and set aside.
2. In a medium bowl, cream butter and sugar together until light and fluffy. Stir in eggs until well combined. In a separate bowl, combine all dry ingredients, plus raisins, walnuts, and chocolate chips. Add dry mixture to wet mixture and stir to combine. Stir in milk.
3. Drop dough in heaping tablespoonfuls, about 1 inch apart, on the baking sheet. Bake until golden brown and slightly crunchy, about 15 minutes.
