Butterscotch Cookies #CookieWorld


Ingredients:

1/2 cup of butter
2 cup of brown sugar
2 eggs
1/2 teaspoon of vanilla
3 1/2 cups of flour - sifted
1/2 teaspoon of cream of tartar
1 teaspoon of baking soda

Procedures:

1. Cream butter, add sugar and then add eggs and vanilla.

2. Sift flour with cream of tartar and baking soda and add to first mixture.

3. Form into a roll and allow to stand in ice box overnight.

4. Slice thinly and bake on a greased baking sheet at 375 F. for 10 minutes.
